If you’ve worked anytime in the corporate life then I think you’ve become jaded. We have been programmed to believe that business suits and fancy dresses define professionalism and the way to financial independence. Corporate life may have made people think that business is serious and there is no space for fun in business, but that way is the first way to failure. Here is why.

All my adult life I have been fascinated by the highly successful few who have become wealthy and have done it in such a way they have become the envy of all business marketers. These people have made business fun and pleasurable. They have mastered the art of knowing when and how to mix business and pleasure. Is this not what we all want really, no matter if we are in a corporate world or home based business?

I say of course it is………

It is sad to think of how many people have come before us who lived their lives based on others needs and not there own. Working at a job that was stressful sometime dangerous which causing undo hardships. But, it doesn’t have to be that way any more.

Here is the secret…make running your own home business fun. Consider for a moment something you really like doing. Then think about the process. You can find fun in all aspects of running your own home business. And really what’s not fun, outsource.

However, long gone are the days of working for a company for 40 years and retiring from there, or working on the generational farm land. Nothing wrong with that if that’s your desire, we need people who like to do that in this world. But for many this is not all there is to life in today’s world. They want the pleasure with the work and that takes money.

But you won’t here someone who runs their own online home businesses say there forefathers ran an online business! It’s a skill we all had to learn and become successful at in our own way. And there are many who have come before us who have done just that whom we can learn from and mentor with.

Examples are Marlon Sanders, sale and marketing genius, Cory Rudl, 5.2 million annually, Alex Mandossian, teleseminars, Armond Morin, Joe Vitale and the list goes on. These are great mentors to study for achieving great success in you online business.

If you follow anyone of these guys you will know their story and know that it takes hard work and desire to get ahead, but you’ll also see they have fun. They love what they do, they love how it helps others.

Just image this, two people join the same business opportunity. One joined because of the potential money he or she could make. The other joined because they loved the idea, the product, etc. While one struggled to make money, the other was climbing to the top of the organization. Why? Because they are doing what they love, and they learn to have with it. We can all learn from this.. You can ask any successful person, and they will tell you that business is fun!

Business is serious, and you have to be professional whether in a home business or the corporate office, but you can still make it fun. Bill Gates finds programming computers fun, in spite of the hours of missed sleep. So if you have a choice of being stressed out or having some fun, which do you choose?
